What working with me looks like

When you work with me, we meet weekly — just the two of us. We build a training plan that fits your body and your life. We do the mindset work, the habit building, the identity questions that don't have easy answers. We talk honestly about what's hard, what's working, and what needs to shift.

I bring my full self to this work, including years of clinical experience as a licensed therapist. That background shapes how I listen, how I ask questions, and how I help you name what's actually going on beneath the surface.

To be clear: coaching with me is not therapy, and I don't treat mental health conditions in this context. What I offer is something different: a trained, perceptive guide who understands the human mind and knows how to help you build a stronger body alongside a steadier life. If you're in a place where therapy is what you need, I'll tell you that honestly. That's what someone with my background does.

Meet Jordan

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a mom of four, and someone who has sat on both sides of the hard conversation.

By day I work as a therapist. Secure and Strong is where I bring that same depth of understanding into the coaching space for women who are burned out, depleted, and ready to rebuild from the inside out.

I live in Chipley, Florida, with my husband and four kids. I love college football, the beach, and iced coffee in every season. I'm also someone who believes that faith and strength are not opposites and that the most grounded women I know usually have both.

I'm not your therapist here. I'm your coach. But I bring everything I know into the room.
