This is coaching, not therapy. But it's coaching informed by clinical training, real experience, and a genuine understanding of what burnout, identity loss, and overwhelm actually feel like from the inside. We meet weekly, we go deep, and we do the quiet work of figuring out who you are and what you actually need.
