Do you ever have.days when you are feeling stressed, anxious, or just overwhelmed with life? If so, this exercise is for you! Follow along for a ten minute reset focusing on breathing, gentle movement, and feeling good in your body.
Equipment Needed: Mat, Water
Routine:
Breathing Reset (2 minutes)
Neck and Shoulder Release (2 minutes)
Slow March and Hold (2 minutes)
Hip Hinge to Arm Reach (2 minutes)
Calf Raises (10 reps)
Grounding Cool Down (1 minute)
